At Olympic Gym, our main focus is our members. We currently strive to improve our classes, equipment, and facilities to tailor to the needs of our members. We keep our doors open 24 hours during the week to work around your schedule, so you don't have to work around ours. That makes us open longer than any other health club in our area.

We also focus our attention on everyone around us, even if they are not members. Our activities and events are made for the public. Whether it's a weight-loss challenge, benchpress meets, or kid's fitness challenges, it is open to you! Our facilities are always free to try and when you do decide to join, we never charge a join, processing, or enrollment fee. We keep our membership prices low as a commitment to our community as its Premier Health Club.

Olympic Gym takes pride in being known as a Family Gym. As such, we have opened our club to any child (12 and under) of an Olympic Gym Member that is in good standing. Children can use our pool and/or basketball court for free during the above hours. You and your children should conduct yourselves as outlined in your membership agreement. Please check in with your family at the front desk before heading down to the pool or basketball court. Please remember that you must remain with your children at all times and they are not allowed in hot tubs, steam rooms, or saunas. See posted rules at the front desk and in the pool area.

Ab Lab: Strengthen your abs and low back; reduce your chances of injury.

Cardio Conditioning: Burn fat and have fun with a variety of aerobic movements designed to make your heart healthy and your body lean.

Cardio Express: Exercise into shape with a fun, fast way to burn fat and improve your core conditioning.

Forever Fit: Strengthen and stretch with this heart saver class, using balls, sticks, bands and games to challenge you and have fun.

Fusion: Get the benefits of both Yoga and Pilates - improve balance, reduce injuries, strengthen abs and back, add flexibility and more.

Karate: For beginners to advanced, with or without a gi. Learn the art of Karate - gain self-confidence, learn discipline and self defense.

Pilates: Designed to help you improve every aspect of your life, with abdominal training followed by full-body conditioning. Flatten your stomach, improve your posture and get functionally fit.

Senior Yoga: A great start on your mind-body fitness routine. Stretch, strengthen, relax and improve your balance.

Spin: A rock concert on wheels that will help you sweat and burn fat. You determine the intensity. Great for beginner to advanced.

Water Power: Use the water's natural resistance to burn fat and increase muscular endurance. Get strong, get wet and have fun!

Yoga: Gain strength, flexibility and balance, refresh your body and mind, reduce tension, improve posture and increase concentration.
